Delete Your Account

We are sorry to see you go. Your privacy matters — here is exactly what happens when you request account deletion.

Send a deletion request
Email us at info@nxgtechworld.com from your registered email address. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request. Include your registered email address in the message body.

We process your request
We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

What gets deleted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted including: your profile information, all scanned documents and analyses, chat history, saved checklists and action items, push notification tokens, and all personal data stored in our systems.

Data we may retain

We may retain anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you. These are used solely for product improvement and contain no personal information. Legal records required by German law may be retained for the legally required period.
